Rebel Distiller's Collection Bourbon

Some heat on this but great dark fruit & red hot cinnamon flavor, good mouth feel, lots of spice, long finish.

Lots of spice, but this is only the second pour from the bottle. Try with a little ice too open it up more.

Nose: neat: ethanol (on ice) Carmel and vanilla Palate: vanilla, tobacco, Carmel and red hots on the finish. I really love that cinnamon red hot finish on this one. Overall: it’s great. I got one as a gift and the other from a friend who purchased it for me. I really dig this dram. It’s a damn fine pour either neat or on an ice ball. I will say the ice ball open this bad boy up and Carmela and brown sugar cinnamon with through the roof. Definitely worth grabbing one.
