Red Spot 15 Year Single Pot Still

Sad to see this bottle go. It's really good without great - will probably be a bit before I see another.

An opportunity presented itself so here we go. Nose is mostly sweet, not super complex bit wisps of smoke and fruit. Flavor is very fruit forward...lots of berry and a splash of vanilla. Butter smooth throughout. Solid pour though want this at the MSRP for proper value.

I find this to be a near perfect Irish whiskey. I get jam and figs along with other deep and dark fruits. There’s a nice cinnamon and clove mixed with like a nutmeg. Nice comfy warming heat on the palate. There’s a lot going on in this stuff. One of my favorites. Hope I can find more!!!

Just sublime, layers of complexity from the three cask finishes. Best whisky I have tried yet.

Superb whisky. Smell and initial taste is rich with dark fruit flavor. It’s moves around well and finishes with a nice spice. Pleasurable from nose to last drop

All I can say is wow!! So smooth, complex, great nose, and finish. I think this could be the best whiskey I’ve had.
