Sweet, peppery a decent drop

Really rich. Full of dark fruits and Christmas spice One of those drinks that you will have one and really enjoy it but won’t have a second just because it is so rich. But if you were looking for a festive Christmas dram this is it

Quite alcohol forward. Tart and fruity Some nutmeg nots develop with water

Very sweet. Lots of molasses on the nose and not much else. It’s nice but not hugely complex.

Wine/ sherry like nose. Sweet Christmas spice

Relitivly spirit forward on the palate. Faintest hint of clove with the oak tannins

Very easy drinking. Sweet and spicy. Alcohol is up front an morphs into a very smooth finish If you like Nikka single grain you’ll like this

Still my favorite tipple

Nose: strong toffee. Like really strong. Colour: deep caramel Taste: an odd sour note to start which morphs into pure ethanol with a strong oak. Very little toffee compared with what the smell gives you.
