Redbreast 15 Year

So smooth. Lots of caramel. Nice spice notes on the finish. Don’t really get the 88 rating.

Nose: lemon and fruity, some green apples. Taste: more fruit and sweetness. The alcohol bites a little without diminishing the smoothness. I also get some caramel and wood. Its very good, I’ll have to taste this and the 12 together.
