Tasting Notes
"Upon hearing "high rye" most would brace themselves for a spicy ride, however the star flavor here are its rye bread and cereal notes, sprinkled judiciously with those telltale cinnamon/clove/nutmeg/allspice and pepper accents. Rounded sweet corn, vanilla and cherry cough-drop flavors enter the mid-palate with orange zest, apple cider, rosemary and some leather. Finishes hot and definitely benefits with some drops of water or a big ole ice cube. "
