Redemption Straight Rye

"My first Rye that i have tried . The First smell is a hint of Caramel . Too the taste . Spicy like a burnt oak flavor and warm full finish. Thinking my next pour will try with ice ? "

Excellent with chocolate. Smooth finish. Lovely sipping bourbon.

Strong - good, numb after taste

Lots of spice and some intriguing orange on the nose. Taste. I'm getting spice and wood, and lots of alcohol burn, especially on the finish. Sippable, I guess, but probably won't be a go to sipper for me. Look forward to trying it in cocktails.
