Tasting Notes
"The nose presents with light vanilla notes, a touch of caramel and fruits like cherry and tart apple come through as well. There's a light smoky char in the mix as well. The Grizzly Beast is a bit of a gentle giant proof wise -- at 100 proof you'll definitely notice the alcohol, but it's a warming feeling rather than a swipe to the throat. The barrel spices are lively with cinnamon and allspice. Adding some water will give the bourbon some roundness and a bit more caramel sweetness, but it's not required element. The flavors are of that like a stiff Old Fashioned with the added cherry so just add a couple of large rocks to your glass and enjoy!"
