Redwood Empire Grizzly Beast Bottled in Bond Bourbon (Spring 2016 Vintage)

Very fruity on the nose. A bit of spice. Light, sweet taste. Not a long finish.

Caramel, oak, vanilla, baking spice, black tea and some cereal sweetness with a touch of copper chalky cocoa and leather. Sweet and earthy on the finish.

Nose is light. Marshmallow and sweeter notes. Taste is pepper, caramel and vanilla, touch of maple and cereal notes. Maybe some cherry notes in there too. Pretty oily. Solid drop

Nose is weak, palate was fine
