Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon

First bourbon I’ve had from CA (I was reluctant). Nose is sweet, soft vanilla and oak. Smooth sipping with vanilla, citrus and a hint of oak and pine. Finish is easy, lacking a hug but continues with vanilla and subtle red fruit. Not complex but a unique bottle to have on the bar.

Minty, spicey rye taste. Citrus peel bitters. Reminds me of a lively WT101 rye. Nice viscosity.
