the aroma isn’t very strong, while on palate it is smooth, there isn’t a feeling of complex layers in time sequence; overall taste doesn’t match the price, money paid for the baccarat bottle more or less

Remarkably smooth. Developed and sweet with no rogue or standout flavors.

Incredible. The flavor devolved for 15 minutes on my palate. Unlike anything I have tasted. Toffee, spice, fig and is as smooth as a baby’s bum.

Must try so smooth a truly amazing cognac. The one I am tasting was bottled in 1989. The cork was a bit dry but no effect on the cognac.
