Grape and honey nose resembling amontillado or Madeira. Begins sweet and light with a ramping tonic bitterness and scattered pear and dark chocolate notes. Pleasing long evolution on the tongue, very smooth.

Aromas are grape and citrus. The citrus goes peel on the aroma and the grape pretty much disappears. Wood takes over with some vanilla and bourbon.
