Tasting Notes
"The nose bears a striking resemblance to warm pineapple upside down cake, and also offers a mineral, soil-rich and earthy side. The palate is oily and viscous, with dark chocolate brownies and salted caramel, and a spicier, drier back end, with wood tannins, cassia bark, all spice, and white pepper. The finish offers molasses, ginger, prunes, oak, and leather. "
