Riazul Plata Tequila

Riazul is a Jalisco Highlands tequila founded by Iñaki Orozco that prides itself on using matured estate-grown agave and traditional methods of roasting, milling. They use a combination of column-still and copper-pot distillation. Their Plata is bottled immediately after distillation with no resting period, to offer the truest essence of the agave.
Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
"This is a very rich blanco style that's easy to sip. Lots of tropical fruits such as pineapples, mangos and banana compliment the fresh agave vegetal flavors. Sweet notes of vanilla, milk chocolate and caramel add to the mix, finishing in a subtle cinnamon and nutmeg spice. It's almost a shame to add this complex tequila to a Margarita, but that's gonna be one delicious cocktail if you dare."
