Royal Brackla 12 Year (Discontinued)

Just a little peat, a little smoke, some black cherries.

Brown sugar, honeysuckle, a little bit of dark fruits. Finish is medium length, and slightly warming. I think this is opening up more as I've let the bottle sit for a bit.

I really like the amount of salinity in this one. Some notes of fruit in there, and an interesting ashy finish. A bit of water brings out the fish on the nose and the peat on the finish. Funky, don't think I'd want a whole bottle.
