Great flavor and amazing in gin tonics, you usually lose the flavor once you add tonics but not this one. I cannot recommend this enough!!

Après une marche de fin de journée humide, quoi de mieux que de relaxer sur notre terrasse avec un petit gin sympathique qui se boit merveilleusement bien sur glace ou avec votre tonic non sucré préféré. Une si belle découverte que je pense qu'on devrait toujours en avoir une bouteille sous la main!

(English Bellow) Un excellent gin montréalais . Gouté 'neat' dans un verre Glencairn Nez : Concombre dominant , notes florales de la rose, léger genièvre en fond de tramme. Peu d'effluves d'alcool puissantes. Bouche: Sucré, un peu à l'inverse de l'odeur, le parfum de rose s'avère plus dominant que le concombre qui domine le doux parfum de ce gin. De légères notes d'agrumes viennent se mêlé à ce beau mariage sans pour autant débalancer les notes mentionnées précédemment. Finale: Très courte, sur des notes de genièvre et de rose, pas de 'brûlure' en gorge. Bref, un excellent gin à découvrir et explorer pour les amateurs de spiritueux aux notes florales et légères. ------------ An excellent Montreal gin. Tasted neat in a Glencairn glass. Nose : Dominant cucumber, floral notes of rose, light juniper in the background. Few powerful alcohol scents. Palate: Sweet, a bit the opposite of the smell, the rose scent is more dominant than the cucumber that dominates the sweetness of this gin. Slight citrus notes mingle with this beautiful marriage without overpowering the previously mentioned notes. Finish: Very short, with notes of juniper and rose, no 'burning' in the throat. In short, an excellent gin to discover and explore for lovers of spirits with floral and light notes.
