Tasting Notes
"The aroma has a moderately intense nose of brown sugar, cookie dough, cinnamon, and oak. Drinking at proof is a bit tight and dry on the palate. There are some hearty grains to be found along with more oak and a bittersweet flavor at the finish. Leans more savory than sweet here and the finish has a white peppery bite. Would advise to add a splash of water or ice to bring out a bit more sweetness on the palate. You also find more of an herbal note on the nose with some water."
