Russian Standard Vodka

My steady go to vodka. Decent straight and a good mixer, good value and available in most areas. Blows away the European muck.

Review for Australia where it’s watered down to 38%. Very disappointing in the after taste and lack of smoothness. Great for mixers that’s why I left the rating at 3 stars. Avoid drinking straight.

Very neutral nose – with a mild toasty, grainy note. Light mouthfeel. Light sweetness on the palate, with a subtle mineral character, and a slight bitterness. Some burn on the finish. An uninteresting vodka, though suitable for cocktails. 2.25/5.00 – Mediocre (neat)

This водка is never a bad choise. Not very strong, not too smooth. Nice standard🙂
