Sagamore Spirit Straight Rye

I really like this rye. Baking spices and brown sugar all day. Works great in cocktails as well.

Nose- Spicy, caramel, spearmint, dry grasses, some floral notes. Palate- softer flavors than it smelled though the alcohol feels above 83 proof, rye spice, some soft mint, pepper, clove, clover honey Finish - peppery over brown sugar, breathes in that minty rye ending Interesting enough I want to see what the barrel proof or a longer aged bottle would offer.

Caramel, spicy, earthy, mineral and clean char.

Indiana rye, very nice
