Tasting Notes

"The aroma of the rum has a pleasant toffee-forward note followed by notes of baking spices, and dried apricot. The rum coats the mouth in a solid swirl of vanilla and caramel with baking spices and oak notes creating the base. The dried apricot note from the aroma manifests at the finish delivering a pop of sweetness balanced by earthy rye and char flavors."
