Tasting Notes
"The aroma of Sarpa Barrique di Poli is inviting with notes of vanilla and fresh cut wood. Its golden hue suggests that the oak won't obscure the spirit too much, and the grappa comes through with the floral and candy notes that make Poli's unaged version so appealing. This aged expression is even more inviting, with additional layers of flavor. It's a complex grappa and very enjoyable to sip neat."
