Tasting Notes

"Significantly darker and richer than the VS expression, Dobbé's VSOP leads with aromas of stone fruit and brown sugar. It's heavier on the palate as well, with more heat and substantial caramel and vanilla flavors. The VSOP would serve well as an after dinner cognac, as well as lending a richness to cocktails."
