Tasting Notes
"The nose is quite herbal, with notes of fresh dill, sage, and cut grass, along with hints of cinnamon and earthy green pepper. The palate is like a more herbal version of a matcha green tea Kit Kat, with earthy notes of rye bread, fennel seed, caraway seed, and dark cherry. The finish is spicy and herbal with a hint of cocoa. "
