Scorpion Tobalá Añejo is an exquisite and unique in that it is one of the few aged tobalá mezcals and its 3 years of aging in French oak gives it some semblance of having pastries and hot chocolate in a European pastry shop while also having a presence of cooked agave, herbs, and tropical fruit.
