Shibui Nokoribi Kara Pure Malt Japanese Whisky is an elegant, Pure Malt Japanese Whisky by Shibui Distillery in Japan. It is crafted with 100% Malted Barley in a Double Copper Pot Still before being matured in American Ex-Boubon Barrels, Oloroso Sherry Casks & finished in Mizunara Oak before being bottled at 48% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of heather honey, chocolate, coffee malt & caramel; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of barley, oak, hints of peat smoke & sea spray.
