"This rice whiskey from Shibui is light in body but pulls a a lot of flavor from its sherry casks. An initial taste of sweet grain gives way to fruity notes of baked pear and almond, finishing with a hint of orange peel. It's unique, and an interesting way to taste sherry influence without the assertiveness of a malt whiskey."
