"As a sherry cask aged rice whiskey, this offering from Shibui occupies a unique niche. Its palate is distinctive and pleasant with soft, fruity notes of plum, pear, and marzipan that lead to a sweet, floral finish. It's an enjoyably light dram, albeit one that comes at a rather high price."
