"The black corn expression from Sierra Norte is aptly darker in flavor than the brand's other releases. There's a bourbon-like sweetness to it, but also a bitter edge reminiscent of dark roasted coffee or dark chocolate. Roasty notes linger on the finish as well, making this the most robust in the Sierra Norte line. "
