Tasting Notes
"The arrival of new whiskeys from Mexico is an exciting development. This white corn whiskey is pleasantly sweet with a touch of fruity esters, with subtle notes of vanilla, pecan, and hazelnut. It has a bit of astringency to it and a healthy heat at 90 proof. This whiskey is ready to drink now, but also piques interest in what else may come from the distillery and the broader region."
