Siesta Key Silver

I had zero expectations for this white rum and laughed when the label started it was smooth and you can drink it neat. I was wrong.... from the first sniff you can tell this isn't some cheaply made bacardi. This rum is delicious, smooth, and had almost a milky finish similar to a good sake. I'm usually biased towards spiced rums but this is going into my favorites rotation.
