SILO Distillery, located in Windsor, Vermont, produces a variety of spirits utilizing locally-grown grains. For SILO Bourbon, the distillery uses a mash bill of 70% Vermont corn and 30% Vermont rye. It's produced small - referring to both batch and barrel size. It is bottled at 90 proof.

"Banana, toffee and cedar flavors on the approach, giving way to creamier textures of toffee and buttered caramel. Nutmeg and allspice tickle the nose, and finishes with spicy, peppery rye heat. Definitely tastes like a young whiskey aged in micro-barrels, but more well rounded than others."
