Silver Coyote Pure Malt Whiskey
White
Santa Fe Spirits // New Mexico, USA
A somewhat rare entry into the white whiskey category, rather than corn or rye, the Silver Coyote is 100% malted barley.
The spirit is double distilled and sees no oak aging and is purposely made in a more subtle style than many of the corn-based “moonshines” on the market.

WhiteDistilled from a cereal mash bill comprised of any grain(s). Generally unaged except in the US, where it must age at least briefly in oak for an unspecified amount of time. Sometimes sold as "moonshine" although that is a misnomer.

Tasting Notes
"This white whiskey may seem like a close cousin to vodka at first impression, but after a sip or two, you’ll see there’s some elegance here. And yes, this is indeed has every right to be called a whiskey. The barley mashbill shows notes of vanilla, milk chocolate, bright flowers, and a balancing heat and acidity. The medium length finish is clean and pleasantly bread-y. "
