The whiskey is aged in 1,000 and 2,000-gallon French oak vats with staves of hickory, mulberry, red oak, hard maple, and grape woods, all toasted in house, leading to influence from six different woods in total.

Tasting Notes
"Whiskeys influenced by multiple woods are no longer that unusual. But six woods? That's something you don't see every day. The youth of this one is apparent on the nose and in the grain-forward taste of barley, but its unique ageing process means there's still a lot going on. The whiskey is pleasantly sweet without overdoing the vanilla, leading to a tropical fruit finish. It's well worth trying and unlike much else on the market."
