Smoke Wagon Uncut the Younger

It had a good little burn neat. With one ice cube it smothed out. Really solid.

Strong honey sweetness with caramel and warmth on the finish. Enjoyed with a couple of rocks and it mellows well. Definitely a solid sipper.

This was way better thsn i as expecting. Nose is slightly sweet with cinnamon caramel honey. Hits the palate with more spice and a medium long finish. Excellent pour.

Chared cinnamon cornbread.

Nose: ethanol, cinnamon Taste: sharp. Like imagine carmel candies dont like you.

A solid sipper, but a little reedy, too. The standard UCUF is leagues beyond in depth of flavor and texture, and in all honesty, I kinda prefer the spicy sweetness of the small batch and even straight bourbon over this. Likely will turn to those over buying this guy again.
