Smoke Wagon Uncut the Younger

Had this before tasting the actual uncut unfiltered. Liked it ar first. Alcohol burn due to age and abv, cinnamon and red hots. Nice but slightly lacking

Lots of ethanol up front, can definitely tell it's not as mature as the regular uncut unfiltered, which is very well done. Oak and char are still present which I enjoy.

Alcohol forward on the palate with some sweet corn in the middle and cinnamon on the back. The younger is a perfect name for this. It’s a bit harsh and could use some more time in the barrel.
