Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon

Batch 40: charred oak and pepper on the nose. Quite a bit of astringency on the finish.

I’ve had batches 32,34,37,47 and 48. Each one is excellent for different reasons. This is a well done blend of mgp high rye bourbon.
