Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon

Batch #51 Nose: oak, cherries, brown sugar, some ethanol sting Palate: caramel, butterscotch, honey Finish: baked apples, caramel, oak Light yet complex for a bourbon. I’m not a big fan of honey flavors in any whiskey but fortunately there is much more going on. Pretty smooth for the proof.

Batch 50 56.96 ABV Dark and sweet. A dangerous bourbon that’s too easy to consume. Ordered two more bottles.

Sweet, toffee, vanilla, bottle gets better & better, a new favorite of mine, I have a feeling this one could become a big time cult fave which will drive the price up considerably here in Northern California, but this bottle is good, better than many bourbon’s that are twice as much, would recommend to anyone.

Picked up the small batch so thought I would try them together. The Uncut is far superior based on my taste. Not a knock on the small batch, it was good as well, but this one is noticeably better.

Robust. Sweet. Caramel. Orange. Cinnamon.
