Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon

Getting lots of rye and cinnamon/red hots. There is a like fruit presence… but I’ll be honest, I cannot pin point which one. This one is bold in flavor. Really enjoyable bourbon.

Strong vanilla sweet nose, caramel, creamy, apricot, slight heat, orange, oaky dry finish

Deliciously full, fruit-noted flavor. Smooth start & middle. Finish is interesting. Can’t place it yet. I want to say smoky but that’s not it.

This is s decent bourbon, but has a bit of astringency and isn't very balanced for the price. I'm not sure which batch I had and it may be a matter of preference, but there's quite a few others I prefer over this in the price range.
