Famous Grouse Smoky Black

An elegant, Blended Scotch Whisky by Famous Grouse in Perth, Scotland. It shifts the ratios toward the smokier members — including a rare peat-smoked Single Malt from the Glenturret distillery & a few new additions from Islay. It has an aromantic birth with notes of grain, dry wood, dried fruits, herbs & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of caramel apple & peat smoke; that led to a peaty death of medium length with notes of oak smoke, demerara sugar & sea salt. Неплохой бленд, не знаю почему много плохих отзывов. Наверное, ожидали другого дымка, здесь он есть, но такой как если добавить жидкий дым в мясо. Виски достаточно спиртуозный и даже после 20 минут таким остаётся. Цвет темноватый

Smoke and cream tea and molasses

On the nose, lemon peel, rubber, faint campfire ash, honey, and pine needles. Light and rounded mouthfeel. On the palate, more pine, lemon peel, rubber, and subtle ash notes, along with dried peach, and on the finish, some walnut. Finish is quite smooth and fairly long. Lacks the intensity of a single malt – but overall a pleasant dram. 3.25/5.00 – Quite Good (neat)

Smell is awful and taste quite same. Huge disapointment.
