Tasting Notes
"The nose has invitingly sweet aromas of maple syrup, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, toasted oak, candied apple, and a hint of leather. The palate takes on more toasted oak and sweet breakfast cereal flakes notes, along with spiced applesauce, cherry preserves, and more of that leather essence. The finish has a pleasant library must quality (the way libraries smell really good) that compliments the cooked fruit flavors and goes out with a black peppery heat. "
