Vanilla and caramel

Straight up vanilla and white cake with icing nose. Wedding cake. The cake is big on the palate, but it’s actually dominated by black pepper, and it’s here that a little agave comes through. The finish is lingering black pepper. Decadent on the nose, though it’s not as rich on the palate.
