Tasting Notes
"Brine and iodine get the nose started, followed by broiled meat and peat, all with lacquer, prunes, and walnuts. The palate switches gears into asphalt, tires, ash, leather, and black pepper, cut with toffee and dried fruits, with earthy soil in the back. The finish is moderate in length with burnt toast and campfire, as well as bitter baker's chocolate, and salt and pepper chips. "
