Tasting Notes

"This high-rye bourbon is quite grassy, but has a big layer of sweetness and spices as well. Caramel, fudge, menthol, it's all there. The palate continues down the same spicy path as the nose, albeit with a hint of chocolate, apple and orange peel as well. Tastes handmade, but with big and bold flavors."
