Tasting Notes
"Sweet baking spices coat most of the nose, with aromas of cinnamon, clove, allspice, and nutmeg mixing with a bit of dill. More of that aromatic herbaceousness and sweet spice hits the palate along with stewed pears, vanilla, marzipan and a hint of earthy bourbon barrel char coming in at the finish, which is spicy and warming. "
