It is made from a mash bill of 80% unmalted rye from California, 10% wheat from California, and 10% Cherrywood smoked barley from Wyoming (smoked in California). It is aged a minimum of 15 months in new, char #3 American oak barrels in sizes ranging from 15, 30, and 53-gallons.
