Sonoma Distilling Company Sonoma Bourbon

There is brown sugar, pronounced oak, caramel, char, and closer to the finish some almost prune notes with a vanilla and spice finish. I feel like its been treated pretty poorly in the reviews. its definitely not as bad as some say, just nothing crazy.

Best when had neat. Smooth, spicy and tastes like cinnamon and charred oak. With an Ice cube it becomes very Oaky.
