Springbank 10 Year

On the nose, very prominant honey, sweet and creamy. With a tiny hint of dunnage/funk! Taste is mellow but spicy, good rich mouthfeel with the sweetness coming through. But of funk on the aftertaste. Solid.

Tropical fruits, pears on the nose. Then the best part - oil, peat, a touch of pepper and the best of Cambeltown - the salty tang, which is dominant especially at the end with the fruits. Special dram!

Very complex flavor with excellent balance of fruit and spices. Little punch of smoke to round it out but not overly peaty.
