Tasting Notes
"This bottle should be served over white linens at a steakhouse! A balanced aroma of smoked salt, dry-aged meat, roasted red fruit, and chocolate candies. The palate has the kind oily texture of Springbank. Initially red fruit compote but at the center there’s bold dark malt, heavily charred meat, mesquite, and mulled wine. Adding a few drops of water tempers the alcohol and wood spices and allows mint to surface on the finish. Resist the temptation to bite into this and sip it all evening."
