St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
Coffee Liqueurs
St. George Spirits // California, USA
St. George distiller Dave Smith was inspired by New Orleans chicory-style coffee when he crafted St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur.
It is made with Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans which are roasted on an early 1950s Probat roaster. The beans are grinded on the distillery's own grain mill and then brewed using the cold-infusion method. French-roasted chicory root, Madagascar vanilla, and organic cane sugar are also used in the coffee liqueur.
