Tasting Notes
"This is a whiskey for people who really love barley. Strong aromas of roasted barley mix with cedar, pine tree, pear, and apricot on the nose. The palate is rather malty and almost beer-like, with chocolate hoppy notes, vanilla, nutmeg and loads of evergreen herbaceousness. It tastes a bit youthful and green, and could use more structure in the midpalate, which makes the finish a bit too light. However, the flavors end on a pleasant chocolatey, honeyed note with hoppy aromatics. "
