Tasting Notes
"The nose is surprisingly herbal for a bourbon, but mixed with sweet, honeyed aromas of ripe pear and peaches. The palate veers toward the savory spectrum with herbal notes of sage, thyme, and a slight grassiness. The fruit kicks in toward the midpalate with golden apples, pears, and a soft dusting of baking spice. The finish is soft, if a bit dry (in terms of sweetness). If you love a Bloody Mary made with bourbon, this would make an ideal base. "
